Build anything with AI
You already use AI. In four hands-on hours, learn the 99% you're leaving on the table: real websites, apps, research, and campaigns, built by you.
Trusted by teams and builders everywhere
You're using 1% of AI.
Chat is the surface: asking questions, drafting emails, summarizing docs. The other 99% builds real things, and it's sitting right there.
How most people use AI
- Ask questions in a chat window
- Draft emails and summaries
- Copy-paste outputs by hand
- Start from scratch every session
- Still pay thousands when something real needs building
How you'll use AI after
- Direct agents that work on your machine
- Ship real websites, apps, and campaigns
- Run research and ads while you do something else
- Build once, reuse the system forever
- Never outsource a $5,000 project again
Move faster than your competition.
What four hours unlocks.
No slides. You build, with your own laptop and one real idea, and leave with six reusable capabilities businesses routinely pay specialists for.

Working with AI agents
The core skill: directing agents like Codex and Claude Code.
They left our last workshop building.
Business owners from our last workshop, most of them non-technical, all of them building now.
The last room, in 45 seconds.
Toli and Jason on what actually happened: about 14 attendees, and every one left with an always-on agent doing real work.
Reserve your seat →I was hesitant to sign up. I didn't know much about computers or AI. In the first month alone, I built four websites and implemented several new systems and shortcuts that have made our business more efficient.
I was already building with AI but wasn't getting the results I wanted, and the cost was much higher than anticipated. The biggest benefit of the training for me is the reduction in cost. It has easily paid for itself.
Too many workshops revolve around talking points, not doing. This workshop gets you over that initial setup hump while providing an environment to ask questions and get real answers. You leave ready to start building and optimizing the ideas you've been kicking around. Fast ROI.
AI was one of the most intimidating new technologies I was afraid to learn. The workshop was exactly what I needed. They walked us through setting it up, answered every question, and gave us ongoing support in Telegram. Now our business has our first agent employee.
I have accomplished more than I could have imagined coming out of the workshop. I built a complete HR tool set: a role DNA builder, interview pack, job description builder, and final decision matrix, all using my new super agent, Wallace.
From idea to shipped, in the right order.
Bring one real goal: a website, app, campaign, research workflow, or automation. We show you how to choose the right tools, direct the work, connect what matters, and launch something useful.
Choose the better thinking partner, pressure-test the idea, and turn it into a clear brief.

Give an agent your context and constraints, then create the asset, system, campaign, or workflow you need.
Connect the data, payments, campaigns, automations, and services your idea actually needs.
Launch and test the website, campaign, workflow, research system, or automation in the real world.
No tool dump. We show you which tool to use, why it belongs in that step, and what order to run the whole system.
This isn't for you if
- You want to sit back and watch. Every seat builds.
- You're a developer already shipping with agents daily.
- You're after theory. This room is for reps.
It is for you if you already use AI and know you're only scratching the surface.
A money-back guarantee.
Spend the morning with us. If you don't find at least $2,000 of value, tell us and we'll refund you on the spot. We're teaching you to work like you're from the future.
Taught by two people who actually ship.
Not coaches who read about AI. Two builders who use these tools daily to ship things real people use.
Toli is a serial entrepreneur with fourteen years across software, community, and commerce. His work includes FastShipFaceMask, which reached roughly $10 million in ten months; Bearish, whose content generated more than 12 billion views; Sarasota Tech, a community with more than 3,000 attendees; and GoalBuddy, an open-source AI execution system with more than 750 GitHub stars. Today he uses agents to run leaner, move faster, and ship products without waiting on a traditional development team.
Jason started building sheds at 17, then taught himself software to solve the industry's biggest operational problems. He launched Shed Suite in 2017, and today more than 2,800 shed businesses run quotes, production, sales, and delivery on the platform. Together they have created over $3.2 billion in shed orders and average 81% growth in their first year. Jason now uses AI agents to automate 80% of business operations and ship production features 200% faster.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You direct the agents, they write the code. Your job is the understanding and the plan. One host ships real products this way without being a traditional developer.
I am a beginner. Is this for me?
You'll get the most out of it if you've opened ChatGPT or Claude at least once. If you're starting from zero, drop your email below and we'll send you the date of our next free intro session first.
Why does the price change?
Seats sell in three slots: the first 7 at $797, the next 7 at $897, and the final 6 at $997. When a slot fills, the next price kicks in automatically. Earliest movers get the best price, and every seat gets the exact same everything.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop and one real idea you actually want to build. The more specific, the better, since you understand it better than anyone, and that's exactly what we turn into a plan.
Will I finish my build that day?
You'll leave with it running, plus the process to finish it. Most people don't fully finish in four hours, and that's fine: the private Telegram group and the live follow-up Zoom call two weeks later exist to take you the rest of the way.
What is your refund policy?
Simple: find at least $2,000 of value, or we refund you on the spot.
